Complaints and returns

As a private individual, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal/exchange when you buy from us. The means you can send back unused, undamaged goods unbroken packaging within 14 days of receiving your package. If the item is broken when you open the package or if there is a fault with the item, you have, which is private person, right of complaint for a total of 3 years from when you received the package. Complaint must however, be made within a reasonable time and no later than 2 months after you discovered the error. You can do not return our sterile products due to countermining, there is either no right of withdrawal/exchange on compresses and needle receivers that are high grade clean. Companies should examine the goods in connection with receipt and complain any errors within a reasonable time.
